You can do that on both versions.
On the 2b unit the sensors are configurable (2-6) to pulse.
Im using 4 and 5.
Bazzle
As in you can use 4 and 5 on the 1st version, pulse only for din meters, water, gas etc.
and 2 to 5 on the 2nd set to pulse.
If I look at gui for flukso, I have firmware 223
sensor
1 analog, I cannot select pulse or type
2 analog, I cannot select pulse or type
3 analog, I cannot select pulse or type
4 pulse, used for kwh solar meter
5 5b used for smart meter ground
6 smart meter
So I could configure sensor 1-3, it would be great and use 4 for water meter.
What config file contains these settings?

Richard
You will need the New Flukso to reconfigure them. Cant be on on the original one.
New flukso I already have a flukso 2b??
On th sensor page you can change the number of pulse and analog inputs on the 2b. Top setting.
see attach my sensor page does not let me edit the first 3 analog sensors to pulse?
At the top of the page for SENSORS it says "Current Clamp Ports"
Change that to 1
The rest are now Pulse ports
Go thru the sensors numbers below and you will see under CLASS - Pulse

yes I see but it looks like you have the 'old' menu, see my attachment flukso_sensor_page_fw223.jpg
its different....
You should use the new configuration interface, i.e. the one Bazzle is referring to. It should be the default one when running r223 and pointing your browser to 192.168.255.1.
http://192.168.255.1/cgi-bin/luci/system is the OLD Menu call up. Still useful but doesnt show the new configurations for the new Flukso 2B.
One I showed above was 192.168.255.1 like Icarus said.
ok, strange I will have a look why I see the OLD one, was thinking it was new.....
I see when using Wifi and when using direct connection it also goes to the old menu.
if I search the box
find / * |grep cgi-bin
/www/cgi-bin
/www/cgi-bin/luci
/rom/www/cgi-bin
/rom/www/cgi-bin/luci
/www/cgi-bin]# ls -ltr
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 135 Jul 17 2011 luci
ls -ltr /rom/www/cgi-bin/luci
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 135 Jul 17 2011 /rom/www/cgi-bin/luci
So It looks like I only have the old menu if I look at the menu? again a reinstall of 223??
no problem if I again can get the smart meter working...
have you typed in just
192.168.255.1 ?
yes when I have a direct connection via ethernet, via wifi (internal ip)
192.168.1.125
redirects to
http://192.168.1.125/cgi-bin/luci/wifi
Just checked your FLM. It should by default give you the new interface (with black bar at the top). Could you try two things:
1/ Point your browser to 192.168.255.1/index.html
2/ Either clear your browser cache or switch to one you haven't used for accessing the local configuration interface.
yes I can see the correct interface now...
