My Flukso v2 has arrived in Australia and I've configured it to work over my network.
However no heart beat status light comes on, wondering if this is a problem?
Waiting for the electrician to arrive to install the current clamps.
Just wanted to make sure it is alright before it is permanently installed.
I have attached my system log file.
UPDATE:
I have a current sensor connected now, but not getting any readings. I noticed that I am getting a "synchronisation with sensor board failed" error when logged into the Flukso.
Any ideas what this means?

Hi Matt,
Make sure you configure the Fluksometer's wifi so that it has internet connectivity. You should see the 'ping test' marked as 'succeeded' on the local sensor page. I'll then have a look at your FLM via remote shell, if you're ok with this.
Cheers,
Bart.
Hi Bart,
I have powered the Flukso back on and have a successful comms link once again.
You are most welcome to connect remotely to diagnose.
Regards,
Matt
Apparently the sensor board was not flashed correctly at firstboot. I've flashed this manually and then synchronized your settings with the server. Everything seems to be running fine now. I don't see any readings in the syslog, but that's probably because you haven't connected any clamps yet.
Hi Bart,
just happened to check the heart beat staus right around the same time as your mail came in.
Yep staus good and can see that sensors are registering on the web now.
l have one sensor connected around a power board lead at present. l wanted to test the setup fully before deploying. Should the current sensor be picking up a reading at present?
lf you think it will be okay l can wait until the electrician installs clamps in the switch board. Otherwise open to any other suggestions you may have as to why no readings are being recorded at present.
Cheers
Matt
Everything is looking fine now. So go ahead and install those clamps in the fuse box.
I doubt you will get a reading around a power cord as the current will cancel out (active and neutral)
I installed my own clamps. (solar and loads) Pretty easy to do but never open to the live side unless your trained to work with HV.

Hi Bazle
thanks for the advice regarding no reading from current clamps. I plan to play it safe and wait for the electricans visit. I've waited this long for my Flukso, so l can wait a liitle longer and get it done properly.
Cheers
Matt
