Flukso not showing data on dashboard

Hi
I am struggling for many hours to read the data from my Flukso V2B meter. I have 2 pulse inputs from 2 pulse meters: LXEM145 and LXEM180. The first is for Solar Production and the second for Gross House Usage.

I setup the Flukso as is written in the manual. Set current clamp ports to 1(disabled) and enabled only two pulse sensors ports number 2 and 3. Everything is fine with connection to the Flukso site, and my home network too, but when I'm looking at the dashboard - nothing shows and the usual message is there: Error - The call for sensor smart-main experienced a timeout. You are probably not in the same local network as the FLM.

My Flukso has uptime of 16 hours, still no data. I am not an electrician but when I checked the sensors, they are connected with the right polarity to the switches. Both of the pulse meters are new and the led on each is blinking. When checking with voltmeter the sensors shows 3.3 volts but as I read somewhere this voltage is from the Flukso.

When trying to check one of the sensors in the browser I am getting empty white screen (not timeout): https://api.flukso.net/sensor/74b2e66493631ff79ff5503ee7415a67?interval=...

The lights on the Flukso are on including the Globe light.

Please help. Tx

Have you resynced your FLM? Indeed when trying to show you in my dash I get some strange behavior as if you are not correctly set up in the database... Please go into the FLM's setup and check the "Sensor config synchronisation" - just save your sensor data again...

I did as you suggested and re-saved the sensor data. Still no outputs.

Well, now I am totally confused:
When I log-off and looked at the dashboard I'm receiving this message:

Error - Real-time charting is not available on this Fluksometer. If you have an FLM02, then please upgrade to the latest firmware release on the my account -> devices page.

When I'm longed-on again the old message shows up again:

Error - The call for sensor smart-main experienced a timeout. You are probably not in the same local network as the FLM

So what I have to do?

PS: I have FLM02B

Bazzle, yes its Molari1 with the same issue, and I can see the sensors and my device under settings but no outputs on Dash. (apart of the message:
Error - The call for sensor smart-main experienced a timeout. You are probably not in the same local network as the FLM.

I move the pulse switches outputs to ports 4 and 5 just to see if there is any change. still the same. No Dash outputs.

Can anybody from Flukso support can help please.

If you go to the web interface on your flukso device, under the syslog tab - can you see pulses being received by the flukso?

IE:

pr 16 01:32:00 flukso-4abd01 daemon.info fluksod[800]: processed pulse (SensorID):1397611920:1111181
Apr 16 01:32:02 flukso-4abd01 daemon.info fluksod[800]: processed pulse (SensorID):1173881
Apr 16 01:32:05 flukso-4abd01 daemon.info fluksod[800]: processed pulse (SensorID):1111182
Apr 16 01:32:09 flukso-4abd01 daemon.info fluksod[800]: processed pulse (SensorID):1111184

If so, after a while of receiving pulses, the flukso should attempt to post online, indicated in the syslog as:

Apr 16 01:29:47 flukso-4abd01 daemon.info fluksod[800]: POST https://api.flukso.net/sensor/(SensorID): 200
Apr 16 01:29:47 flukso-4abd01 daemon.info fluksod[800]: POST https://api.flukso.net/sensor/(SensorID): 200

if you are getting both of those, when it attempts to post online does it return a 200 after the post? From memory a 200 indicates post of data successful to the api.flukso.net

cheers

Adam, I just checked the hourly dash and it is working now. It took some time to readjust.

I do have a copy of the log from this morning while I changed the pulse outputs to sensor 4 & 5. It looks to me that somehow even that the "Current Clam Ports" is set to 1 the FLM still uses ports 2 & 3 as ANALOG ports and does not change them to PULSE!!! So since I've changed the pulse outputs to ports 4 & 5 - Viola! it's working.

In my log after the change there were few 200 outputs - well its working now.

Adam it took me full day and a lot of frustration to mess-up with this problem. Please can you check why ports 2 & 3 the FLM V2B when the "Current Clam Ports" is set to 1 it is still uses ports 2 & 3 as ANALOG as I understand.
