I had a brief power outage on 14 April. My NAS emailed me when it restarted. The Flukso v1 has not uploaded any data since the power outage, and says last heartbeat 14 Apr 2012 11:10:58. I'll power cycle it when I get home to make it talk again, but perhaps the Flukso needs some testing to see how it responds to brief power outages.
After restarting the Fluksometer, the missing data has been interpolated with the last reading. While this is reasonable assumption for the main sensor, it is a poor choice for the solar sensor. The solar data now records that I was generated a constant 640W of power for 3 days, including overnight!
This means that the sensor board continued its measurements. Since the timestamped readings could not be uploaded and were then discarded by a reset, the total energy consumed/produced during this period was distributed equally across the entire interval, resulting in a flat line. That's the best we can do with the more granular timestamped readings gone.
