The FLM02 only has a single ethernet port. If you've configured the FLM to work in ethernet mode, this ethernet port will work in DHCP-client, obtaining its IP address from the local DHCP server. If this is your configuration, find out what your FLM's IP address is and try that one in the browser.
If the FLM02 is configured in wifi mode, the ethernet port will have 192.168.255.1 assigned. Check your computer's network settings to see if it obtained 192.168.255.2 as IP address from the FLM02 on its ethernet port.
