NOTICE: Failed Power Supply

The power supply feeding a v2 blew up last night causing our safety switch to trip, possibly saving the house from burning down.

Looks bad with all the black smoke damage.
Generally they only smoulder as the plastic should be self extinguishing BUT the smoke and the smell ... eergh
I had one fail on my 1st Flukso. Replaced with an generic 12v 2amp from ebay.

Interestingly my replacement p/s failed this morning, found an old 9v phone one :)

I have the same problem today. the general fuse jumped.
