My solar installation provided a proof that today's eclipse was indeed only partial with 80% at 48.99N, 8.45E ;-) Thus, the awaited solar production went down between 09:30 and 10:37 to rise then again until 11:46 - like stated by the astronomers...
Flukso here acted also a valuable indicator with a very nice hourly dash on this blue skied day.

I still remember vividly the 1999 total eclips when our little family drove to the North of Paris just to see the phenomenon. There were lots of clouds too but we managed to have a glimpse through our solar eclips glasses. It was quite eerie, like a giant light switch suddenly turned off - birds went dead silent and a sudden cold was coming up.

I was wondering about the 7:30 dip also, but have no clue if that was a cloud or fog lifting as the sun has "no limit" in that particular direction...
