Problem with 2nd current clamp

Hi All,

I have 2 seperate electricity circuits at home, and i want to log both.
The first is working fine.
The second does not show in the dashboard.
In the sensor configuration i have selected 3 current clamp ports, 1 phase

And enabled interface 1 and 2.
(To test, i changed the 2nd clamp to interface 3, and enabled interface 1 and 3, but with the same result)

In the syslog, i only see pulses and posts from interface 1

What am i doing wrong?

Are your sensor setting correctly synched? Look in this site's settings -> sensor section: Only if there the IDs of your two clamps show up, they are correctly registered... "Save and Sync" is key within the FLM configuration...

Can i say just a little observation i have seen on my system
if the clamp see's no current flow it stops logging until it see's current flow again
then it plots. Not sure if anyone else has this problem. It does not bother me either, as i know that is what happens

If you exchange clamps you can see current? I used clamps but now 3 Kwh meters with a pulse. Only proble I had with clamps was icorrect figures during day because of solar energy, clamp can not see in which direction current flows.

Thank you all: I checked the settings, changed the sensor names and resynced. This was registered correctly.
I switched the working clamp to the second port, and now there don't seem to be measurement updates any more.

Maybe it is not possible to measure the current using the sensors 1 and 2 or 1 and 3 together?

I'm using 3 clamps for different purposes (1 on the main and 2 and 3 on subcircuits) and that works fine, so you are not hitting some unsupported config/use

I had some issues as well but i rebooted, deconfigured all sensors, rebooted ,reconfigured the sensors
it came good. I have 1 x 100Amp and 2 x 50Amp all fine !

Is there another reset besides switching the power off/on?
I disabled all sensors, saved this configuration, and reanabled them.
Same story :-(

There actually is the factory reset - see install manual, page 2.

Restore firmware
Keep the button pressed for between 60 and 120 seconds to restore the Fluksometer's stock firmware
and reboot. You will have to reconfigure all network and sensor settings. Connect to the local web
interface after the heartbeat LED starts blinking again.

But your "not working" rather sounds like the master of ceremony, icarus75 has to check...

I was not able to reset the device by pushing this button.
So i used putty to login the device and first i tried the firstboot command, but this was not allowed
then i did reboot -f
(http://wiki.dragino.com/index.php?title=FailSafe)
All existing settings where lost.
I entered everything again, but no luck.
In the syslog i only see messages "processed puls" from the first device.

As a quick test, you could short pin 2+ and 6a for a couple of seconds. Or 3+ and 6a. See if you notice any 'pulses' in the syslog from these sensors.

If you don't see pulses appearing, make sure the FLM is connected to the internet (globe LED on), all 3 clamps are properly hooked up to the screw terminal and clamped around wires that are carrying a non-zero current. Let me know when this is done, and I'll have a remote peek at what is going on internally.

I shorted 2+ and 6a, and there are pulses in the syslog.
Small numbers, but they are there.

And now an extra line appeared in the dashboard (but at 0)

I finally had some time to investigate this further.

It seems my second clamps output voltage is inverted.
Red was correctly connected on the clamp and the + input of the flm
But the voltage was negative.
