Problem with dash in Chrome (Versie 40.0.2214.115) in Windows 8.1

The dash is not movable or zoomable anymore.
It works perfectly on my android phone, but not on the desktop.

Any idea?

No issue with 40.0.2214.115 (64bit); even the minutes tab is working... (this post written in Chrome on Windows 8.1 Pro) Follow Dogbert's tech advice ;-)
