Problem setting network parameters

Hello Flukso team,

I have a flukso device S/N: FL06424095, I got it from a friend so it was previously used. And when I tried to connect it through the LAN port to modify the network parameters, it shows an error written in red as follows:

So what should i do now to successfully install the network parameters? and do i need to do something further to use the device?
