Responsive design

Following April's extreme makeover, the Flukso site has received another set of updates. CSS media queries now ensure proper site scaling across different devices and resolutions. There's a known dash rendering issue in the stock Android 2.x browser due to the lack of SVG support. However, the dash should render just fine in desktop and mobile versions of Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari and IE9+.

Well, drill-down menus seem modern, but I liked the tabs to switch between the different time scales/intervals more... The scaling is very pretty, but sometime just stops when I put the window to the complete width of my screen.
Anyway, the new design is truly a jump forward.
Best regards

Thanks for the feedback, Markus.

I first tried to keep the expanded type/interval buttons, hiding them when rendering in tablet/mobile mode. However, this created a conflict as events only fired for the expanded buttons, but not for the drop-down ones. Furthermore, the expanded buttons took up a lot of screen real-estate, which can now be used for additional features.

As for the limited horizontal scaling, this is to be expected. The layout is based on a responsive 12-column grid layout with possible widths of 1170px, 940px, 724px and fluid layout for lower resolutions. So if your screen has e.g. a max 1920px horizontal pixels, the chart will not scale to the full screen width, but stop at 1170px instead.

I like where the look of the dash is going, but please give us the tabs (buttons) back - I switch a lot between views and now it's 2 clicks i.s.o. 1 :/

Any thoughts on the above? The dropdown is also quite tablet-unfriendly, half the time I end up with the wrong graph. And is there a chance to set a default graph when connecting?

@petur Button groups are back in town for screen widths greater than 768px.
