Very low voltage readings on 230V system

Hi,
I moved my fluksometer v3 to my new apartment and can't get the readings rights. Previously everything looked fine, now the flmlocal interface shows just 0.7V on each phase and the dash graph shows 0W. Is there something wrong with the configuration or the wiring?

My configuration:
Electrical system: 3 phases with N
Math: port1 + port 2 + port 3
Ports 1-3: representing each phase

I think i found the Problem, I'm using a different power supply:

Note: For voltage measurements the delivered power supply is mandatory.

Could anybody give me a hint how the delivered power supply looks like?
