Hi,
So ive just got a new flukso. Ive configured it with my wifi and I can see from DHCP what IP address its grabbed. However I cant connect to it internally. It has the globe so it can get to the internet fine. I can connect to the webinterface with the ethernet cable tho..
What am I doing wrong?
Cheers.
To allow wireless access to a Flukso v2:
- connect the Flukso with an Ethernet cable to your PC
- start ssh on the PC (for ssh use Putty on a Windows box or Terminal on a Mac)
- input these lines after the prompt, one by one
ssh root@192.168.255.1 [passwd: root]
uci set firewall.@zone[1].input=ACCEPT
uci commit
/etc/init.d/firewall restart
exit
You have to open the firewall on the WiFi interface: https://www.flukso.net/content/access-flm-wireless-interface
hey that worked! Perfect thanks very much
