the graph of my flukso stopped

Good morning, I ask for help.
Yesterday at 9:15 am the graph of my flukso stopped while continuing to work.
Thank you

Mine also stopped at the same time. I am sure there is connection with the server, because I can always see the latest "hartbeat" is no less than an hour ago.
Good to know I am not alone! I was planning a search here, but I guess I'll wait..

yep, same problem

Hopefully, only the device was abandoned and not the service.
It would be helpful if someone whose service continues to work would get in touch.

I'll add a me too for both my devices.

My Flukso also stopped tuesday may 21 at 09:15.
There are heartbeats , but no graph.
Is there someone of Flukso who can tell whats going on?

Mine hasn't work for a few days now.
Is there any information on when or if the system will be up again?

At least the forum is still working ATM!
The site owner (Bart) doesn't seem to monitor this site any more :)
Would be good if he at least tells all the users what is happening or going to happen so we can plan ahead.

yes noticed mine has been out for a few days now... expected it to come back on...
i have a feeling with no support that the devices would eventually be unsupported,...

is there a way to get these to send data straight to pvoutput?

simonb00's picture

Same for me 21.05.24 stopped uploading to pvoutput.org

is there a way to get Flusko to send data straight to pvoutput?

B-Man's picture

yes see my python script

Same here. The globe led turned off on May 22.

As I could see that the certificate of api.flukso.net has been ended on Tue, 21 May 2024 07:44:06 GMT.
Seems not to be an automatic renewing Let's Encrypt one. Would be nice if this could be changed.

The graph for one of my flukso's came beck this morning!

Thank you Bart

petur's picture

dear brain, wtf are you doing... bAck

B-Man's picture

@petur
im completely off flukso api now are you saying its working again?

petur's picture

yes my FLM3 has data on the dash, my FLM2 did not have its globe led on, but after a reboot it has so I expect it will show up as well

petur's picture

logs of the FLM3 look good, posts to api.flukso.net return 200, on the flm2 it reports error -151 ?

albigord's picture

does that mean that the problem is only with FLM2 module ?
No data registered from my FLM2 since 21th of May.

petur's picture

I have no idea

I see my FLM3 working fine, the FLM2 reports heartbeats (and they have code 200 in syslog), but the data posts keep returning 151 (and don't show up on the dash)

I would think they use the same API, but clearly there is a difference

fafot's picture

My FLM2 globe led is off from 21 May. Reboot did not help.
It looks like it is a FLM2 problem only at this stage after reading the latest posts from PETUR.

fafot's picture

So the next question is... How to get hold of FLM3 ???

It seems the SSL certificate of https://api.flukso.net/ expired on May 21, 2024. It is signed by the "FLUKSO CA", and the cert authority seems to be hardcoded into the devices firmware (at least the CA certificate is baked into the system: https://github.com/flukso/flm02/blob/develop/openwrt/files/etc/ssl/certs... ).

The firmware code disables any SSL validation for the heartbeats ( https://github.com/flukso/flm02/blob/e5df1249f16289f401c244dc089045c4e9f... ) but not for the data uploads... that seems to explain why the devices still show active on the page, but there are not measurements...

OK so same deal here the V3 Flukso now reporting the V2 working but not reporting. Is anyone aware of some solution to this other than migrating to the script?

keith_h's picture

For the Flukso guy, is there going to be a V2 firmware update to sort this out or is our hardware no good any more?

albigord's picture

if my V2 hardware turns out bo be no more compatible, I would have problems to get a module with V3 hardware: in the shop there are only sensors available, no basic hardware FLM3.

https://github.com/B-Mqn/FluksoToPvoutput

This.. I have it running on an Rpi 400 (4) at the moment.
It reads Flukso directly into PVoutput.
You do need a basic Rpi and I used the guide above and the forum link below.
Plus a free Pvoutput.org account.
It means your Flukso will work until it blows up !!

Had a few issues over the last few days getting it working, prob my fault, lets see how long it goes for. :)

Many thanks to B-Man for heaps of help there. ;)

Mine is FLM2

Early days for me but other members have it running for a week or so now showing all the fields you need in the graph PLUS monetary inputs and debits if you put tariffs in the setup page.
