I am having exactly the same problem reported in https://www.flukso.net/content/no-ip-connect.
I have reflashed the device and that appears to have worked, but the Flukso still won't bring up the heartbeat. Any other suggestions?

i'm having the same problem.
A bricked FLM!
Are these files ok to use in 2019?
I got a FLM02A
no packet
no packet
stderr:except arp with length 60, received 42
stderr:except arp with length 60, received 42
no packet
...
Got it running on an old Windows 7 pc.
Windows 10 not working for flashing firmware.
Did you get your 2A working again? Mine is still dead even after reflashing
Sorry to resurrect an old thread. Today after a power outage my FLM02A today seems to be bricked - all LEDs except WIFI are on and no flashing heartbeat. I tried the instructions from this thread https://www.flukso.net/content/no-ip-connect however I get continuous scrolling stderr: Non arp received. Make sure, the device is connected directly/ - it does this on two Windows PCs.
The strange thing is that the FLM02A is responding to pings on it's previous IP address of 192.168.1.73 however no access via port 80 or 22. Pressing the toggle button for 30 seconds or a minute doesn't do anything, and powering off for a hour made no difference either.
Does anyone have any clues to offer, thanks.
Ian
Sorry everyone, I have a FLM02B and not 2A
Do you see an IP address assigned from your router/DHCP server? Usually first thing I do is log on to the router and check "assigned devices". Also always a "bitter pill" is lack of browser cache refresh when trying to access a web interface...
Hi GEBHARDM - I think I was seeing the browser cache issue you mention - no router assigned IP for the Flukso. I saw your response in the other thread - I've had it off overnight so I will try when I get home from work with fingers crossed I hope I can re-flash the firmware!
