Hi,
When I try to add my Flukso to my account Devices here at flukso.net I receive an error that says 'please specify a valid serial number'. The serial number I'm using is on a sticker on the device itself, and also in the web UI so I know it is the correct number.
I did buy the device as part of a package from the company that did my solar installation so I'm wondering if this has been registered to the account they used to purchase it, so I cannot take ownership of the device?!
Has anyone come across this issue before? Really frustrating :)

It appears from the post below that I may simply need to contact the reseller and ask them to remove the device from their account.

Hello,
I just received my new Flukso model FLM02B. I succesfuly connected it to the wifi and setup the firewall to access it through wifi. I also connected the water sensor and everything appears to be fine. However, when I want to add the device on my Flukso account on flukso.net, it returns Please specify a valid serial number. Could someone help me with this?

Problem solved. As it was offered to me, it as already associated with another account. My bad :)
