Hey everyone,
I've got a problem with the configuration of the FLM's wifi page:
I initially installed the FLM at my own house, with my own wifi network and SSID, and here it all worked fine.
Now I'm trying to install the same FLM at the house of a client. Their local wifi network, however, does not appear in the drop-down list of SSID's the FLM can connect to... I can only connect to the networks of their neighbours? The list of networks with which my pc can connect on the other hand, does contain the required wifi network, and is much more extended than the one I can see and select on the FLM wifi page?
It also does not seem possible to manually configure the FLM's SSID?
Hopefully someone can help me out...
Best Regards
I have looked around the site to find the Flukso's wifi specs, but can't find them.
I'm going to guess like many "low end computing" devices it's got 802.11b wifi only. If you have a router set to 802.11g or 802.11n only wifi, 802.11b devices can't connect. I had a similar issues with wifi scales.
Going into the wifi settings on the router and allowing 802.11b/g/n mode meant my scales could connect.
Try something similar for your client and see how you go.
Ive had no problems with any protocols.
Check the clients router to ensure its not set to hide its ssid.

not sure if this is fixed THOXODO?
If not, check if the channel is lower than 12 some devices do not allow 14 or even 12 and 13 ...
