As this question is rather unspecific, what is your measuring setup? If you use clamps then there might be an issue with reactive power measured (bad power factors on your line; owed to measuring principle) - in this case the only cure is moving to pulse meters instead of clamps (as "mandatory" when measuring PV output); for offsets you may alter the voltage settings in the configuration - see also https://www.flukso.net/content/accuracy or search with "site:flukso.net accuracy"
