I'm using a flukso V2b model, with ports 2, 3, 4 and 5 configured as pulse inputs.
However I need an "extra" pulse input. So instead of buying a new fluso for this, could it be possible to configure (perhaps through ssh) port 1 also as a "pulse" port instead of analog ?

No, this will not be possible. This would require a hardware change.
