Hello,

Is there a way to perform a hard reset of the flukso? I cannot ping the device over the network anymore, and using the toggle button in either of its 3 functions does not work anymore either. If I understand correctly, the function of the toggle button is defined by a configuration file, so this requires the flukso to run properly to work. What if the flukso freezes/loops before the process that deals with the toggle button is started? On my device, the heartbeat led is not blinking anymore. Is there a hardware way to reset the flukso (like bridging two contacts on the motherboard)?

I have elster meter TRZ2 G100 DN80. It has absolute encoder type S1 and pulse sensor wire.

I've got a problem with the configuration of the FLM's wifi page:

I initially installed the FLM at my own house, with my own wifi network and SSID, and here it all worked fine.

Now I'm trying to install the same FLM at the house of a client. Their local wifi network, however, does not appear in the drop-down list of SSID's the FLM can connect to... I can only connect to the networks of their neighbours? The list of networks with which my pc can connect on the other hand, does contain the required wifi network, and is much more extended than the one I can see and select on the FLM wifi page?
It also does not seem possible to manually configure the FLM's SSID?

Hopefully someone can help me out...

Hi,

When I try to add my Flukso to my account Devices here at flukso.net I receive an error that says 'please specify a valid serial number'. The serial number I'm using is on a sticker on the device itself, and also in the web UI so I know it is the correct number.

I did buy the device as part of a package from the company that did my solar installation so I'm wondering if this has been registered to the account they used to purchase it, so I cannot take ownership of the device?!

Has anyone come across this issue before? Really frustrating :)
