Questions about installing and configuring a Fluksometer.

3-phase: to much consumption, wrong installation?

Hi there,

I installed a flukso at my parents house that has a 3-phase electric power system (Belgium). I don't now anything on the topic so a friend helped me to install the 3 clamps on the wires. However, I'm not sure that it measures the power correctly as the power displayed seems way too high (they have a heat pump but still...). There is also a PV installation installed on the pulse port that seems to display the correct values.

Here is the installation with the clamps attached (there is not enough space to put all 3 clamps on the top, so one is above and two are below):

http://hpics.li/ee54d13
http://hpics.li/64dfa07

And here is a screenshot of the power output:

In flukso settings, I 've set number of phase to 3, voltage to 230 and current to 50.

Does someone knows what is wrong there?

Thanks,
bleroy

Change of output when reporting to PVOutput

I have my flukso reporting to PVOutput. At the end of the day for some reason the flukso changes the output. For example today changed from this http://pvoutput.org/intraday.jsp?id=5985&sid=20707 to this http://pvoutput.org/intraday.jsp?id=5985&sid=19069 .Not a big change today ,but other days it is a lot more. Up to a few kWh's, so quite a lot sometimes .

Does anybody have any ides what might be happening? I would like to have it reporting more accurately than this if possible. Thanks for any ideas on how to get this right .

issues after update

After updating both of my flukso devices I been having issues with them...

They are reporting data just fine (at least it seems too) but when I login to the interface I keep seen:

"synchronize with flukso server failed" Make sure the FLM is connected to the internet before saving the sensors.

"The last synchronization was on Wed, Dec, 31st 1969"

"Serial: unknown"

This is on both of them...

Any ideas what is going on?

TIA.

Luci Access

I just upgraded my flukso to 232, I logged in with putty and did the firewall change to access the Luci page, /cgi-bin/luci/system, with all the network settings and I get the following error message:

/usr/lib/lua/luci/dispatcher.lua:284: No valid theme found
stack traceback:
[C]: in function 'assert'
/usr/lib/lua/luci/dispatcher.lua:284: in function 'dispatch'
/usr/lib/lua/luci/dispatcher.lua:195: in function

I have tried chrome and IE, also tried rebooting the device. Has any else experienced this after upgrade?

synchronisation with sensor board failed Internal error

After selecting upgrade, the FLM has several errors that have me concerned.

On the FLM's status page it now correctly reports firmware version 232 however there is an error message.
{"message":"Method not found.","code":-32601}
The message is displayed at the top of the status page in red.
In the status field is says.
Status synchronisation with sensor board failed Internal error. Please report this error message to Flukso.

On the syslog page i see correct pulse processed messages and POST messages but i also have the following message.

Nov 6 10:25:04 flukso-569bd8 user.err fsync[1049]: fsync exit status: 3, synchronisation with sensor board failed

I thought this might be the same issue reported on https://www.flukso.net/content/no-heartbeat-or-data-after-upgrade but i checked the two files and there were no extra lines in the files. I did add my FLM's serial number to the /etc/config/system file to see if that was causing the problem. It was listed as Unknown before i added the correct serial number (FL02001982). Although the status page now reports the correct serial number it has not fixed any of the other issues.

I read an old forum post https://www.flukso.net/content/flukso-heart-beat-and-synchronisation-sen... with similar symptoms where icarus75 went in remotely and fixed the failed sensor board flash.

Might this be the same issue and require the same fix?
