Gas probe on Actaris G16

Hello,

Does anyone have any experience with a gas probe on the Actaris G16? As far as I found out on google it (sometimes) comes equiped woth a magnetic pulse. But where does the probe go? I tried several locations under & above the 2 final numbers. Thus far without succes. Thanks for any support on this.

Best regards
Marc

Bidgely support?

Just wondering if anybody has gotten access to the Bidgely upload api yet? Seems like a very cool tool to analyse consumption and it should have an open API, however I am yet to find anything about it. Have contacted bidgely for access so if I hear anything I will let you know.

Flukso Dash/Servers down?

is it just me or is anyone else not getting any dash or upstream graphs? mine have been offline since about 2am UTC on the 27th. : (

Monitor just circuits, not mains

Trying to understand this a little better.

1) Can I use this to clamp only to specific circuits? (not the mains)
For instance the 40A circuit that has my air source heat pumps on it. Or the induction stove circuit. Or the electric water heater...etc

1a) Would I use the 50A clamp in the above cases? Even if the circuit is only a 20A or 15A one?

2) I understand I am I limited to 3 such inputs? is that correct? The other ports are for other sources of data, not the current clamps. Correct?

This would be in a typical US residential application.

Which probe for UGI G4 gas meter [has small mirror on digit 6]?

Hello all,

I scavenged the net but wasn't able to find a more or less ready made optical sensor for getting a pulse from my gas meter. The gas meter has a small mirror on the last digit 6.

Is there someone out there who has connected a similar gas meter to a Flukso?

What I'm after is a sensor which I can build myself as I'm fairly handy with a soldering iron.

An idea I came across: use a CNY70 (but how?) eg. http://www.jojos-homepage.de/ft/cny70/index.html

The jpg of the meter is attached.

Thanks, all ideas are welcome. - Jos
