did anyone manage to get the gas sensor working on a Schlumberger G4 RF1 meter? (see photos)

It seems the lead attached to the water probe is not long enough to reach my Flukso, so I'd like to ask if there is a simple way of prolonging the lead? With simple I mean something a person can do without soldering as I don't have a soldering station at home or any skills in it :)

Hi everyone,
I've just installed the Flukso meter, and all lights are blinking as they should. However, I don't get any graphs. Both in IE9 and Chrome it says 'No gas sensors to display. Please select another sensor type.', although I can see my sensor on the 'sensors' page. Same problem for my water meter, I don't have any electricity clamps installed.

Does anybody know what might be a reason of freeze in reporting to flukso server?
Device sends data, after I don't see data for an hour or 30 minutes sometimes
and after data comes again

EDIT: I checked log file . Apparently pulses are stopping to come and after 3-2 hours they are back . What can be an issue?
