Questions about installing and configuring a Fluksometer.

Reset all sensor readings

Is there a way to reset, clean, remove, delete, all sensor readings from the Flukso platform?

I suppose the FLM has only a buffer but doesn't really store the data. I have solar panels and only had one clamp. I bought another one and can now start taking correct readings. The old readings are wrong and it would be nice to reset the sensors. I tried to remove the sensors or the FLM from the Flukso website but that didn't work (suppose it gets the same hashes).

Not a dealbreaker in any way, just wondering.

adhoc network for fluksometer

For future reference, in order to put a fluksometer in a adhoc network, these are the steps I used:
+ setup an adhoc network on a pc and write down the bssid (AP hex number)
+ setup the flukso wireless on the web front-end
+ ssh into the fluksometer & change sta mode to adhoc mode in /etc/config/network
+ restart the network on the fluksobox
+ change the bssid on the fluksobox if it's not the same as the bssid noted above with: iwconfig ath0 ap xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
+ restart the fluksonetwork again

could be related: I added an ntp server for our local network, but this isn't working yet. The ntpclient command works from the fluksometer, but the web front-end only shows the correct system time, and not the last synchronization time. To be continued...

Edit: The communication with the ntpserver works flawless. I should have just saved the sensor page to show the correct last syncronization time.

Again the minute tab

Currently I experience a strange behavior. To better test the consumption of our office space I moved my second FLM (#190) to an own account. This works fine including the secondly display in the minute dash. Strangely now I experience that the first FLM (#178) in this account does not show any minute tab any more. Both FLMs are in the same LAN and except for the minute tab show the same behavior... Any idea? Does the server not like to reroute two FLMs from the same external IP?! Should not be, as the sensor IDs and tokens are of course different...
Best regards
Markus

Couple of questions before I buy

I'm looking for something that can monitor gas and electricity, but importantly keep a full consumption log and comes with a phone app. Flukso seems to be just that.

My questions are:-

- Will Flukso provide a continuous log so I can keep an eye on my energy company's readings?
- What is the margin of error on Gas and Electricity readings?
- Is it compatible with a Schlumberger R5 gas meter?
- Can the iPhone app be used remotely, or will it only work inside my own network?
- Will it work properly in the United Kingdom?

Thanks in advance for all your help.

Maximum Pulse wire length and wire used?

I have my Flukso V2 ready to go, and have purchased a pair of pulse-output kw/h meters which mount to the DIN rail in my electricity meter box. I have a 100 amp meter for consumption and a separate 32 amp meter for solar generation. These meters are connected in-line with the mains from the relevant breakers.

As my meter box is outside, I'm planning on using my ethernet wiring to carry the pulse feed (+5v) from the Flukso (inside the house) to a custom cable which plugs into the closest Ethernet socket, then to the server rack where that port is patched into the wires directly from the meter box.

What is the maximum distance for a pulse cable over solid core Ethernet wiring, and also would you consider it safe?
