Questions about installing and configuring a Fluksometer.

Daily graphs showing approx twice the peak watts of hourly graphs

Hi, have Just installed my flukso v2, it's been running for about 24 hours now :

First major question, the peak wattages on the daily and hourly graphs are significantly different,

The daily graph is showing peaks approximately half the level of the hourly graphs. 4kw hourly vs 2kw daily.

Are there any possible explanations for this ?

Regards Keith.

System is Belgian and setup is as follows :

3 phase 3 wire unbalanced both single phase ( line to line ) and three phase mixed inductive and restive loads
Line to line voltage is 220v Line to earth voltage 128v

Direction of the clamp instalation.

Dear, let me check something with you, is the direction of the way clamp is installed on the power cable relevant? I was sure it was not. But from the measurements of the very same cable with 3 clamps I now see that the clamps have to be installed in one direction in order give the same results.

When opened the clamp has K and L leters printed on the inside. If K is toward the power plant and L toward the 100W bulb it gives probable 93-95W readout, if I connect the clamp other way round it will only show 79-80W.

Showing NAN after some days on flukso.net

Hi,

We have 4 Flukso devices running on 4 different locations. (4 shops) We have them added into 1 account. 1 device is showing "NAN", other devices are showing the Watts.
After pulling out the 220Volt plug and putting it back in the wall it works for some days.
What can be done?

Gasmeter RF1-G4 again...

Hello everybody!

I have a (Schlumberger) RF1-G4 at home (Brussels) and I spent most of the week-end to try to get some pulse out of it with a reed sensor without any success at all...

Here is a picture of the meter: http://www.e-bulles.be/images/rf1-g4.jpg
(I used an Arduino board to detect the pulse)

So does anyone know exactly where the magnet is located? (which digit?)
(It says 1 pulse / 0,1m3, so it should be on the 2nd decimal...)

Maybe my reed switch is not sensible enough, I tried with what I had in my stock...

Reading a 3V pulse with the Flukso v2

I'm trying to read a pulse from an energy meter, which has an 'extra' module installed which apparently sends out a modulated pulse. Accessing the actual meter is not possible, due to the sealed box its placed in. (The seal is placed by the power company)

When trying to measure the output of this module, my digital multimeter registered 3V per pulse. As it is quite a slow one, and the pulse is pretty short, i'm guessing the actual value would be around 3.3V

Now, my question is; will this pulse signal be useful to wire to port 4 or 5, without breaking the thing?
