Questions about installing and configuring a Fluksometer.

Values shown in the Dash

Hi guys,

I have following question: when I'm off to work, I expect the graph of consumption to be quite stable and straight forward.

However, when my solar panels start to work, they get measured quite correctly, but the consumption line (the red one in the attachment) changes accordingly with the solar panels.

Is there a way to let it show the effective consumed amount of watts without the influence of the solar panels?

That way I can see exactly what I consume and what I gain. My Smappee does it that way, but I hope the Flukso can do that to. OR I hope to have wrongly configured the dash... :-)

I also believe that this is the reason why the values in PVoutput are nog correct.

See attachments to see as is and how I expect it to be (APPROX.!).

Thanks!

Kristof

EDIT: Just added the graph of my Smappee, which is extremely accurate. The grey graph is the one that should mostly accord to the consumtion line (red) in the dash.

EDIT 2: Also added a more stretched version of the Smappee screenshot. That makes it easyer to compare. :-)

Day vs. Month on l/cumulative not same

Hi,

yesterday I had 3m³ heating just for the evening. When I do the month view it starts at 3.000 and stops at about 9.000, which is alltogether 6m³ for over a week. That's not what the counter on the gas meter tells me.

What am I doing wrong?

Cheers,
Ralf

ETA on 244 firmware?

Hi,

I would like to know when firmware 244 will be released, I'm also curious if mosquitto 1.4 with websocket support will be installed by default?

Openwrt has support for mosquitto 1.4 with websockets, just compiled it yesterday and after using mqtt bridges this feels much cleaner.

3 phase vs. 1 phase

What happens if I connect to 0-wire on a 3 phase power system and set settings to 1 phase power: does it meter correctly?

Kaifa 304 P1 reading stopped

The P1 readout of my Kaifa 304 had worked for some time but a few months(?) ago it stopped. I read all kinds of similar problems on the forum but it is unclear to me what to do.

I logged in via ssh to test the connection to the Kaifa via:

  1. cat /dev/ttyS0
  2. Kh||||pOLbb|PsddddddrpDDDD!nph^C

so that is garbage. Then with different baud rate settings it works:

  1. cu -l /dev/ttyS0 -s 115200 -e
  2. Connected.
  3.
  4. 1-0:2.7.0(00.000*kW)
  5. 0-0:17.0.0(999.9*kW)
  6. 0-0:96.3.10(1)
  7. 0-0:96.7.21(00032)
  8. 0-0:96.7.9(00011)
  9. .........
  10. 0-1:24.4.0(1)
  11. !FB23
  12. /KFM5KAIFA-METER

Thus, it is clear that the connections are allright, still the flukso software never gets the telegrams.
It seems he flukso progam always sets the baudrate back to 9600 and therefore does not reads the telegrams properly. What should I do in the configuration to make it work again? Can I do something or does it need firmware upgrade from flukso.net?
